Shape up..or else

Trying to get back into the whole exercise thing.  Haven’t been to the gym in about 2 years.  This week I starting doing my weights and pushups at home.  Yesterday I made it down to the gym and hit the treadmill for 20 minutes.  I decided to take it easy.  Most times when I start going back to the gym, I burn myself out and never make back.

Willpower..that’s what it’s all about!
