Ordered a HP Mini 1000 Mi today. Been wanting a netbook for a while. The mini has what I’m lloking for. It has a nice keyboard, it has Ubuntu, and it looks great. Can’t wait till it comes in.

Awwh my legs
Yesterday I exercised for the first time in a while, and my legs are killing me today. Boy I’m out of shape!! I really need to get back into the routine. I feel like I have so much more energy when I exercise on a regular basis.

I really need a new computer. I’ve never seen Ubuntu on a PC with more than 512MB of RAM. I bet it would really fly on a newer computer.
But, I have been impressed with how well it runs on older hardware.

I’ve been out of work sick for the past 2 days. My stomach has been killing me. My cousin called to check on me and said that it’s something that’s going around.
My wife is sick also. But she has a fever and just doesn’t feel well.
It sucks to be sick.
I hope I’m able to go to work tomorrow. I’d rather be at work than to be at home sick anyday.
I really, really, really, really hate the cold weather. When it gets in the teens, I get mean! My bones hurt and it feels like every thing I do is in slow motion. The forecast low for tonight is 18………
I’m so ready for Spring.

Where’s Da Snow??
Our area is under a Winter Weather Advisory. Expected to get 2 – 4 inches of snow. Woke up this morning and peeped out the window. Guess what….zero snow!! It totally missed us. I had banked on this being a snow day…at least a 2-hour delay day.
Oh well….off to work.

Crab Legs Galore
Went over some friends house last night. They cooked a huge pot of crab legs. I hadn’t eaten any crab legs in a long time. They were very good!! We covered the kitchen table in newspaper and sat the crablegs in the middle. Then, everyone dug in.
Good times, good food….
Enjoyed having a Snow Day off from work yesterday. Spent most of the day watching the Inauguration (which was very moving…I’ve never seen that many people at an Inauguration before). Then I played a little Call of Duty. Then I spent the rest of the day watching “The Office” through Netflix through my XBox 360.
I’ve been watching “The Office” for a long time now. I just realized last night that Dwight always wears a gold shirt! I had missed a few episodes, so I starting wathing them on Netflix to make sure I was all caught up. I finished up Season 2 last night and watched the first 3 episodes of Season 3.
